Students have been learning about rates, ratios and percents in math class.  This Friday, students worked hands on with ratios when they made puffed wheat squares.  Students analyzed the required measurements of ingredients with the use of ratios.  They were also able to determine new ingredient measures if a recipe was doubled, or if they only had a limited quantity of a certain ingredient. 


This week students explored solubility.  They completed a lab to observe and measure the solubility of different solutes.  Students also continued to work on completing their online science vocabulary.
